Which method is used for Fajr and Isha?

Fajr and Isha at the Sun 18° below the horizon (the University of Islamic Sciences, Karachi convention), with 12° for Isha (red twilight) as an option. Sunrise and Maghrib use the Sun’s upper edge at the horizon with refraction. At high latitudes Fajr falls back to solar midnight.
