Tafseer packs you choose to download come from the open spa5k/tafsir_api collection, served by jsDelivr or GitHub. Each tafseer remains the work of its author and publisher; the app shows each one's name and source.

Plus Jakarta Sans, Noto Nastaliq Urdu, Noto Sans Devanagari, Noto Sans Bengali, Noto Sans Malayalam, Noto Sans Telugu, Amiri and Amiri Quran, all under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The website uses a subset of Noto Nastaliq Urdu.

The website sets Latin text in your device's own system font. It serves its own subsets of Amiri (Khaled Hosny) and Noto Sans Devanagari (the Noto Project) from this site, not from a font service. Licence texts: Plus Jakarta Sans, Amiri, Noto Sans Devanagari, Noto Nastaliq Urdu.
